Javits Convention Center in New York City. Angie Hospitality’s head of business development, Michael Cohen, will serve as a key panelist in the session entitled, “Alexa—what does voice technology mean for hotels,” to be held on November 11 at 10:45 a.m. in Room 1E08.

The hour-long session, moderated by Lodging Magazine editor, Kate Hughes, will dive into how voice technology has impacted different—and sometimes unexpected—areas of the hospitality industry, from security to loyalty. The experts on the panel will also weigh in on how voice technology will shape hospitality in both the near and distant future.
